The service provider wishes to facilitate the user's purchase or sale of a used vehicle or real estates by:

• taking into account the prices of all vehicles or real estates at the time of the user's request;
• by applying artificial intelligence, determining the market-based price of the vehicle or real estate in question based on the specified characteristics and the available prices, and share the calculated price (hereinafter "calculated price") with the user.

The market-based price helps the user to reach the optimal purchase or sale price. This price serves as a compass, a starting point for the user when negotiating with the seller or buyer.

The service provider determines the calculated price of the requested used vehicle or real estate on the basis of real prices. However, this does not mean that the used vehicles or real estates available on the market are in the same the same technical and other conditions. Due to the unique technical characteristics of the used vehicles and real estates, the actual price can be higher or lower than the calculated price. Our service helps the user to have a solid starting point when negotiating with them partner. As a service provider, we are not responsible for the fact that the calculated price (or even a lower price), can be applied to each vehicle or real estate offered for sale.

The service provider does not provide services with false or misleading content. In the event of such an occurrence, the service provider is responsible therefore. The service provider is not responsible for damages arisen from:

• errors caused by unavoidable external events outside of its operation;
• technical failures in the Internet network;
• the consequences of destructive applications and programs (viruses, worms, macros, hacker activities) committed by third parties.

The service operates in a credit system. The credits can be purchased in multiple quantities and may be exchanged for different services in the future.
