Data policy

As Data Handler, our most important goal is to ensure appropriate security of the customers' personal data processed by us.

Our personal data processing shall comply in full extent with the strict legislation in force, namely:

• Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services
• Act XLVII of 2008 on the prohibition of unfair commercial practices against consumers
• Act XCVI of 2015 amending Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information and Act LXIII of 2012 on the re-use of public sector information
• REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR)
• Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code
• Act XLVIII of 2008 law the basic conditions for commercial advertising and certain limitations

Personal data shall be processed only for clearly specified and legitimate purposes, for exercising a right and fulfilling an obligation. Processing shall comply with the purpose of processing in all stages; data shall be collected and processed fairly and lawfully.

Customer gives consent to the Data Controller via registration to the processing of her personal data necessary for registration and further means required. The Customer's consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the data processing ex ante.

The Customer may request from the Data Handler the rectification and completion of her personal data. In case of any change in the personal data, the Customer may request the recording thereof.
